Judge Victoria Rossetti has agreed to a plea bargain with Antonio Reyes-Angeles, 25, and Isidro Reyes-Lorenzo, 20, that will allow them to plead guilty to aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Police say Genaro Garcia, 24, doused himself, his estranged 18-year-old girlfriend and her three small children, ages 2½, 1½, and 8 months old, with gasoline, and set them on fire as he drove them in his car.
